The New Jersey Frontier Guard is a non-profit educational corps whose mission is the accurate portrayal of life in the Royal Province of New Jersey during the period of the French and Indian War (1756 - 1763)
The Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation in Ridley Creek State Park, Media,PA has a beautiful mid-18th century farmhouse and outbuildings. It is a working 18th century farm with a large number of events throughout the year. Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation. While many of their events are Revolutionary War era or later, they do have an annual F&I skirmish. They put on two engagements for the public; no matter your sentiments, you have a 50% chance of seeing "your" side win, as the British forces win one engagement and the French and their Delaware allies win the other. I joined the British forces last year and had a great time:

The New Jersey Frontier Guard is a family affair. Here are two of our youngest members, who help by demonstrating children's games of the period, at the Hoff-Vanatta House in Belvedere.
Despite the threat of rain all afternoon, the Spirit of the Jerseys State History Fair was a big success. The Frontier Guard had a spot near the river and put on a nice display.
